How long does it take for my order to process?
Orders are typically shipped the next business day. Occasionally, due to inventory delays, holidays, and staff vacations or illnesses, shipping may be delayed slightly. We attempt to post notices when shipping will be delayed.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Under typical circumstances, yes. If the problem is a manufacturing defect or shipment error on our part, your item will be replaced at no cost to you.
I'm outside the United States. Where will my order by shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our office in Virginia, in the United States at this time.
Why doesn't Strokeland use faster shipping methods with more reliable order tracking?
We have found that shipping music CD's using couriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others is extremely cost prohibitive, especially when shipping internationally. We therefore use the US Postal Service for all orders. Unless an express USPS method is selected (such as USPS Express Mail), we regret that the postal service does not offer us detailed shipment tracking. International orders sometimes take longer than estimated.
